Since there isn't a way for us to look up what you have you'll need to remove the wheel and possibly the hub/drum to get to the brake assembly. There will typically be some sort of sticker on the inside or on the back of the plate that can give you a better idea of what you have. If there is no sticker then you'll need to determine if you have electric or hydraulic drum brakes. If there's a rotor and caliper then you'd have disc brakes. If you have a wire running to the brake assembly instead of a hydraulic fluid line then we know you have electric brakes.
From there we need to determine the capacity of the axle so that we can choose the correct capacity brakes. There will typically be a sticker somewhere on the axle that says the capacity. You can also measure the brake assembly's diameter and depth to find a matching size. You'll also want to note how many mounting holes your brake assembly has bolting it to the brake flange on the axle.
For example, the TruRyde Electric Trailer Brake Kit # TRU96FR is rated for 7,000lb axles, measures 12" in diameter x 2" deep, and has a 5-bolt mounting pattern. I've attached a video below where I'll walk you through the installation process and some general guidelines. If you can get me some more information on your setup I'd be happy to search for a compatible replacement.
