I am looking for instructions for ETBC7L but only found instructions for ETBC7. Can I use these instructions? Are they basically the same? Thanks

Yes you can use the instructions for the # ETBC7 for the # ETBC7L as they are essentially the same except the L version doesn't have components needed for the brake output circuit.
