We have 3 systems available for your 2005 Silverado 1500 Extended Cab, Short Bed with a 5.3L V8 depending on how the factory exhaust is set up on the truck.
The first is a single side exit behind the rear tire, part # MF15778.
Second, is the dual split rear exhaust below the rear bumper, part # MF15792.
And the third is a dual side exit in front of the rear tire, part # MF15842.
I will include links to the individual exhaust pages as well as a page that gives an overview of all 3 so that you can quickly compare them and links to the installation details for each system.
