How Does Roadmaster Even Brake System Connect to Vehicle That Has Battery Disconnected

I am looking at installing this part RM-9400 on a customers 2020 GMC 2500 diesel. I was told that I need a battery disconnect on this vehicle. If so, how is the braking unit going to have the power it needs to work?

Great question. So since the Roadmaster Even Brake part # RM-9400 does require a power source from the towed vehicle to operate and since the 2020 GMC 2500 Sierra does require having the battery disconnected when it's being flat towed what you need is a Roadmaster Outlet kit part # RM-9332. Basically this wires directly to the battery and provides an outlet for the braking system to draw power from while the rest of the vehicle is disconnected.
