I can certainly point you in the right direction. The closest thing we have to a 25 mm (0.984") spindle will be hubs that fit a 1" (25.4 mm) straight spindle. For example the Trailer Idler Hub # AKIHUB-440-2-G-1K uses a # L44643 bearing (1" inner diameter). This is a fairly common size for a 2,000 lb trailer axle, which harbor freight trailers are known to use.
Generally we would want you to confirm the bearing numbers and bolt pattern of your hub prior to ordering. The AKIHUB-440-2-G-1K that I mentioned has a 4 on 4 bolt pattern. If this does not match the hub on your trailer, feel free to send me some specs and I am happy to make a recommendation.
