Spare Carrier that Can be Used with Pivoting Hitch Adapter

Can you recommend a 2-in hitch-mount carrier suitable to be mounted to a Kuat Pivot v2 swingarm to carry a 2022 Transit spare wheel with 84mm offset, 6x180 bolt pattern, and 30-in tire 245/75R16? For reference, this is the wheel link below, and I want to carry it finished side out.

The etrailer spare carrer part # e98ZR can carry your 6 bolt wheel with the finished side of the wheel pointed out and can be used on a hitch pivoting adapter like the Yakima # Y02483.

The Kuat adapter can only be used with Kuat bike racks.
