Can an Off-Road Bumper Be Used With Blue Ox Tow Bars

Question:

I have a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude. I got it to flat tow. I had a Nissan Cube that got destroyed by a deer still have Blue ox towbar on Rv, and pins, etc. My question is: is it possible to get a good Brush Guard Bumper that has base plate? Blue ox Has anyone ever ask? I am so afraid of deer. thinking of having one made.

There are aftermarket bumpers with integrated brush guards out there, however that is not something we have on hand.

What we do have are the d-ring adapters # BX88357 for 7/8" wide openings, and # BX88358 for 1" wide openings for off road bumpers. These adapters are compatible with the Aladdin, Alpha, Ascent, Avail, and Aventa LX tow bars, and will allow you to use your Blue Ox tow bar with a "brush guard bumper".

The only thing you'd need to verify is that the bumper is able to be flat towed, which can be easily done by calling the manufacturer.
