An E1 error code on your Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater - Gas - Automatic Pilot - 60,000 BTU # FR93FR means that it tried to ignite twice but didn't have the correct amount of gas pressure. First check to make sure your gas valves are fully open. If they are and you're still having issues it could indicate an issue with your regulator. You'll need to have a licensed technician check the pressure on the line and possibly replace your regulator to ensure you're getting 11" WC at the water heater.
If you have a horizontal regulator you can use the MB Sturgis Horizontal 2-Stage Propane Regulator - 11" Water Column Outlet Item # 108221 or if you have a vertical regulator you can use the MB Sturgis Vertical 2-Stage Propane Regulator - 11" Water Column Outlet Item # 108220.
