Can Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System Mount Outside of Vehicle

Question:

Air Helper Springs # AL25980 I was told this kit is okay to mount outside the cab as it was designed for it. The controller was put into the cab because the compressor instructions said it can not be subject to water spray, so i put the pneumatic tubing into the fittings on the controller inside the cab. If i want to move everything to the frame outside of the cab, how can i remove the pneumatic tubing from the push-in connectors on the controller and re-locate it to the frame?

In the instructions for the WirelessONE kit part # AL25980 it mentions attaching the compressor to the frame and shows a recommended install location being on the side of the vehicle frame.

If you press in on the lip of the inlet where the air tube is attached that will release the tubing and allow it to be pulled out.
