Recommended 5-Step RV Steps For A 2020 Forest River Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite

Question:

We have a Forest River Ultralite, does opening 28, threshold to ground 37.5. Our existing steps, your make, has 3 steps with about a 9.5 rise. My wife requires assistance to walk and the stairs are a major issue. Your 4 step model has an 8 rise. Is it possible to have a 5 step version made to reduce the rise to get closer to a 6 rise? Thank you,

Based on your needs the TorkLift GlowStep Revolution Uprising Steps w/ Booster Step # TLA9005 is going to be the best solution for you. This fold down step has 5 steps for a 7-1/2" rise/drop, which is the smallest that we currently offer. It fits a 34-7/8" to 42-3/8" entry height and 28" doorway width. It also comes with adjustable legs to give you a nice sturdy base so you won't have that springboard effect when walking up and down them.

Most trailers come with a standard railing that doesn't really extend far enough to be effective so I recommend also picking up the MORryde Safe-T-Rail Telescoping RV Hand Rail # MR54BR for a solid railing that will extend out to the end of the steps.
