Axles with low weight capacities like your 1,400 lb axle typically have a BT8 spindle so you'll need this kit:

- Bearing Kit for 1" BT8 Spindle # BK1-100

This kit comes with L44643 Inner/Outer Bearings and a 34823 Seal with 1.249 inner and 1.983" outer diameters. If you pull the hub off of your trailer you can verify these part numbers!

Based on the dimensions you gave the correct seal is the part #RG06-010. This seal has an inner diameter of 1.249 inch and an outer diameter of 1.983 inch.
