Troubleshooting an Everchill Fridge/Freezer That is Not Getting Cold

My everchill is not getting cold and freeze not cold

Is this a new fridge or one that was working and then stopped? I ask because typically the issue in cases like this, is that the fridge is not receiving enough power. You'll want to check that it's receiving a full 12V of power. If it's not getting enough power, the lights may work, but there won't be enough power to cycle the compressor.
Fridges like the Everchill RV Refrigerator w/ Freezer # 324-000119 also have a standby mode. If the fridge is in standby mode, the "power LED SET" will be flashing. You would just need to press the LED SET button for 10 seconds to exit standby mode.
