The Reese Fifth Wheel Installation Kit part # RP30035-386 that you referenced is designed to fit your 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 5-1/2 foot bed. If the airbags you have are the factory air suspension system then this kit would not work for you.
If your air bags are aftermarket you will need to look at how both the bracket kit and the air bag system install and see if there will be interference.
I attached a picture I took from the installation instructions that shows how this kit will install on the frame of your vehicle. It looks like it most likely would not interfere with your airbag kit, but you will need to check out the picture and compare it to your truck to see if the installation hardware would interfere.
