What Regulator Would Be Needed For An Ashley Hearth 11,000BTU Wall Heater

Hi would like to know if you could help me get the right regulator for a new Ashley Hearth LP 11,000 btu direct vent wall heater? Thanks,

It took a bit to find any useable information but I did find one chart that lists two different 11,000 BTU models, the AGDV12N (10.5" WC Max / 6.4" WC Min) and the AGDV12L (14" WC Max / 11" WC Min). The majority of the regulators that we carry, including the MB Sturgis Vertical 2-Stage Propane Regulator # 108220 you were looking at regulate pressure to 11" WC. If you had the AGDV12L then you'd be fine using the # 108220 or # 108221 depending on which way you have to run the line. The vent on the regulator needs to point down for proper ventilation so you'll want to plan your route before choosing the regulator so you can mount it properly.

If you have the AGDV12N or some other model that wasn't listed then you'll need to get a lower pressure regulator that falls between the max/min WC (Water Column) to properly regulate the fuel running to the heater. You should be able to find one at your local hardware store.
