I have a 2008 Fleetwood Southwind. My right rear jack need replacement. It is a Power Gear 101000156. Will this replace it

The 101000156 part number you reference has to do with a motor which fits a variety of systems. In order to determine which replacement leg you're going to need for your landing gear, I am going to need to know what specific system you have.

For instance, if you have the 500105E system, then you can use the Replacement Jack Assembly for Lippert Power Gear Hydraulic Leveling System # LC82TF.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
