As long as there is a 1 inch gap between the bottom of your custom fifth wheel brackets and the bottom of your trucks frame at the jounce bumper (see photo) you can use the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs, # F2709. I have attached an installation video for you to check out.

The upper brackets for this kit mount to the underside of the frame rail, but they will extend up the frame rail 1 inch. Fifth wheel and air spring manufacturers do not recommend trimming or stacking their brackets, so it is important that they do not interfere with each other to maintain their warranty.

If you do not have the 1 inch gap, then we do not have an air bag kit that will work. Instead, I recommend a jounce bumper replacement spring like the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System, # TGMRCK25D. These springs work great when towing a fifth wheel trailer. We use them on our truck when towing our fifth wheel trailer and they are excellent when the weight of the load in your truck remains constant, such as the pin weight of a fifth wheel trailer.
