The difference between the Timbren Jounce Springs # TGMRCK25D and # TGMRTT35D for your 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 is that the former is for standard pickup truck use while the latter is for Severe Service vehicles only. Since it doesn't sound like you have a Severe Service vehicle you need to use part # TGMRCK25D.
They do have different weight ratings too but that doesn't change what they are supposed to be used for. The standard duty has a weight rating of 8,600 lbs while the Severe Service springs have a weight rating of 8,000 lbs. Please note that these will not increase the weight rating of your Silverado. They are only meant to help support a suspension system that is in good, working order.
