Determining if 5th Wheel Trailer is Level When Hooked Up to Truck

Question:

Does this look level to you? Should I lower one hole or leave it alone. Thanks

Looking at the picture you attached it seems like everything is pretty level on your setup. Just going by the picture I don't think you need to adjust the hitch at all. With that being said pictures can be deceiving, so to be extra sure you can also take a measurement from the ground to the bottom of the trailer at both the back and at the front to see if you get equal numbers when hooked up to the truck.

Another thing you might want to look closer at is the rear of your truck. It looks like there might be some slight squat in the picture that could be reduced by adding suspension enhancement like the Timbren Springs # TGMRCK25D. These are confirmed to fit your 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500 and will provide additional support to the rear suspension for a more level and controlled ride.

To verify if this is needed I recommend taking a measurement from the top of the tire to the wheel wells on both the front and rear tires, again making sure that you get equal measurements when the trailer is hooked up. If you get a smaller measurement at the rear then this is an indication of squat due to the weight of the trailer and suspension enhancement is a good idea to bring it back up to stock height.
