The Progressive Dynamics 2000 Watt Inverter w/ Transfer Switch # PD64FR is only going to power the circuits in the sub panel if you're running off of battery power. This means that any outlets ran to a breaker in the main panel would need to be moved over to the sub panel in order to receive power. If you have the outlets you're wanting to power ran to the sub panel and they don't have power then it's time to check the circuit breaker to see if it's been tripped or in need of replacement.

Sometimes a breaker will trip but not fully flip down so you can push it down and then flip it back up to fully reset it. If it's not tripping but you suspect it's bad then you can test it using a multimeter # PT89ZR set to AC voltage. Place the positive test lead on the breaker terminal and the negative test lead on the neutral bus bar in the panel. If it's not reading around 120 volts then we know the issue is with the circuit breaker.

You can also verify the output of the inverter by placing the positive test lead on the main line running in from the inverter to the main circuit breaker in the subpanel and the negative test lead to the neutral bus bar to see if the panel is actually getting 120 volts. If not then the issue could lie with the inverter instead and you'd want to check start checking your connections and ensure that it's getting enough voltage in from the battery. After that you'd want to reach out to Progressive Dynamics to see if they can take a look at the unit for any defects.
