Since 4,400 and 3,500 lb axles have the same diameter of 2-3/8 inches the correct shock kit you'd need would be the Lippert # LC281255 for each axle and you'd be set.

I do have an option for you but the Lippert Components Bolt-On Shock Kit like part #LC281281 is designed for use on overslung axles (leaf springs over axle) only. Therefore, it should not be used with the underslung (leaf springs under axle) axles…
