Does the TruXedo Elevate Truck Bed Rack System Need Extra Hardware to Install w/ a Bakflip G2?
Question:
I think Ive narrowed it down to the TruXedo but would like some clarification first. On my 20 Silverado 1500 5-3/4 bed it came with a Bakflip G2 already installed. My question is will the G2 be able to mount inside the TruXedo without any additional mounting hard? My assumption is that Ill have to remove the G2, mount the TruXedo then put the G2 back in place. Also, since the TruXedo has its own rail will I need any kind of filler on the ends to waterproof the bed after everything is completely installed?

Yes, the TruXedo Elevate Truck Bed Rack System item # TX96NV will mount between your Silverado's bed and your Bakflip G2 tonneau cover. All hardware to complete the installation is included. The end of the track is closed off. You won't need additional parts to water proof the bed.
The TruXedo Elevate Truck Bed Rack System item # TX96NV is confirmed to fit the 5-3/4' bed length models of the 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500. I have linked a review video below so you can see the features of this rack system.
