Can a Programmer be Used on a 2012 Ram with 6.7 Liter Diesel with Stock Exhaust

can I use this programmer or any edge programmer for my 2012 dodge 6.7l truck and still keep the stock exhaust with the cat and dpf canister or will a code pop up by using all the stock exhaust components?
