Does The Replacement Caster Wheel # UF49-954035 Fit a 1-3/4" or 2" Trailer Jack?

How does the uf49-954035 fit both the 1 3/4inch and the 2tube? Is there an adaptor or is the pipe fitting on the caster really 1 3/4. I do not need a castor for a 2inch tube. Please help me.
