Recommendations for Converting a Pop Up Trailer 6-Way to a 4-Way
Question:
Trying to do 4 wire to 6 wire pop up trailer

If your trailer is a Jayco you could pretty easily use a 4-way to 6-way round adapter # A10-6034VP and the 6-way round to 6-way square adapter # HM47415.
If the brand of your trailer is different then your best bet would be to cut off the 6-way of the trailer and wire up a 4-way to the circuits. For a 4-way you could use a Wesbar 4-Pole Connector # W787264.
You will need to determine what the wiring of your trailer is and then wire those circuits to the 4-way accordingly. You could use a 12 volt car battery and run a jumper wire to all of the circuits to see what circuits activate. The white wire from the 4-way needs to be run to a ground circuit, the brown wire to the running lights, yellow to the left stop/turn signal and green to the right stop/turn.
I attached an FAQ article on trailer wiring for you to check out also.
