Recommended 2 Inch to1-1/4 Inch Reducer Sleeve for a Bike Rack

Hi. I have a 2” trailer hitch and a Thule T2 Pro bike rack. The bike rack is compatible with the 1 1/4” trailer hitch. Is there an adapter that would work? Thanks!

Yes, there is. To use your 1-1/4" Thule T2 Pro bike rack with a 2" hitch receiver you will need the Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" item # HT02. Most bike racks are not compatible with adapters which is why you have to use a reducer. The main benefit of using one is that it will not cut your hitches capacity by 50% which nearly all adapters do.
I have linked a review video below. This reducer can only be used on accessories like bike racks or cargo carriers. You will not be able to use this reducer to tow with.
