I recommend using the K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Towing Mirrors # KS81300 on your 2020 Toyota Tundra with the Blind Spot Monitoring indicator in the mirror. The K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors # KS70103-04T you were looking at do not have the indicators for the BSM system.
