Do this also fit on circular rails? Or are they best for square?

The CE Smith Rod Holder part # CE55108A only fits square rails and cannot fit round rails. For a similar holder that does fit round bars we have the Fishing Rod Holder - Vertical Clamp On # CE53725 that fits 1-5/8 inches diameter.

You will have to go with a sliding hitch to allow the trailer to make tight turns. For a trailer 8 feet wide the only bed length that's going to allow 90 degree turns without a slider is a stationary hitch. That being said you have two options.…
