Parts Needed To Operate Electric Jack With 7-Way Cord Behind a Jeep with 4-Way Flat Connector
Question:
I have an electric jack with 7 pin connector. My jeep has a 4 pin connector. I have a conversion kit to turn my 4 pin to 7 pin. Im not sure what 3 wires on the jeep i need to splice. Please assist. I have a 2017 jeep wrangler jk. Thank you!

For the Adapter 4-Pole to 7-Pole # 37185 you have for your Jeep you will only need to connect the 4-way and run a Power Wire # RM-156-75 for the charge line(black wire) on the 7-way. The purple(reverse) and blue(brake controller) wires are only needed if you are connecting to a trailer with reverse lights or electric brakes. Then you will be able to operate your Electric Jack # EJ-3527-BBX by connecting to the 7-way.
