Troubleshooting RV Everchilll Fridge that Gets Warm Running On Generator

Question:

i have a 2022 forrest river ice cave rv fish house with this fridge in it, a coupl times on the ice running off a generator the fridge and freezer wouldnt cool down it acually thawed out stuff in the freezer, i was thinking the fridge is bad but i plugged it in at home and the fridge and freezer work great. could this have just been a generator running issue? i m wondering do i make the 2 hour trip to have the dealer look at it. or is there any code readings i can get off this. any help is apprectiated. Sounds like it didn't have the amperage needed to work properly since it worked well at home. I would recommend checking the wiring to the fridge's outlet and make sure the generator is adequate for power draw of the Everchill RV Refrigerator w/ Freezer # 324-000119.
