Hitch Mounted Bike Rack Recommendations for Carrying 2 Bikes on a FJ Cruiser
Question:
Any recommendations for carrying 2 or 3 bikes on an FJ Cruiser with rear mount tire. I would prefer a hitch mounted rack and have a 2inch receiver. Thanks

To choose a compatible rack, you would need to measure the distance between the hitch pin hole in your receiver and the furthest rearward portion of your spare tire, as shown in the photo I edited and the help article I have linked you to. You would then choose a rack whose hitch pin hole to closest portion of the rack dimension is greater than the measurement you took.
For instance, when we installed a Draw-Tite # 75461 or a Hidden Hitch # 87412 on a FJ Crusier, we found that this distance varied between 8-1/2 and 9 inches. When we installed the Curt Class III, part # 13367, we found this distance to be 6 inches.
The Swagman Trailhead 3 bike model, part # S63365 offers 9-1/2 inches of clearance that would most likely work for you, but I would recommend taking that measurement to be sure. The Trailhead is an excellent, moderately-priced rack that includes all the essentials like an anti-rattle hitch pin and anti-sway cradles that prevent the bikes from moving about on the rack and the rack from moving about in the hitch. A locking anti-rattle hitch pin is sold separately as part # S64029
