Hitch Solution for 2022 BMW X3 Xdrive30i That Allows Hands Free Liftgate to Function
Question:
Hello I have a 2022 BMW X3 Xdrive30i I am looking at bumper hitches for this vehicle. I am torn between the stealth hitch and the Draw Tite 76226 hitch. Can you tell me if the kick sensors still work with the 76226 hitch? This would make the decision much easier for me if I could get some clarity on this. Thanks for your time

The Draw Tite part # 76226 that fits your 2022 BMW X3 Xdrive30i will partially obstruct the hands free liftgate sensors but you would be able to kick to sides of hitch and still activate them. If you wanted a hitch that would not affect them at all you would need to go with the Stealth hitch part # SH46FR as it has a totally removable lower hitch opening.
