Recommended Suspension Enhancements for 2003 Winnebago Minnie Winnie On Ford E-350

Could you share recommendations for upgrading suspension on a 2002 Ford E350 Super Duty V10 Class C RV? Could you recommend heavy duty sway bars, shocks Bilstein?, steering stabilizer Bilstein?, and any other components that would provide more comfortable driving + towing? Thank you very much.

The two biggest suspension upgrades you can make to your RV are going to be an upgraded rear anti-sway bar and a steering stabilizer in that order. For the rear anti-sway bar, I recommend the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar part # RM83ZR and for the steering stabilizer I recommend the Roadmaster Exact Center Steering Stabilizer part # RM97MR with Custom Mounting Brackets part # RM-RBK24.

Unfortunately, we don't carry Bilstein at the moment but adding their shocks will help with ride quality. The anti-sway bar and steering stabilizer are more for control than comfort.
