Will a Dexter 10inch hub interchange a Dayton 10inch hub?

That would depend on the bearing combination used by your dayton hub.
A 10" Dexter hub and drum like # 84546UC3-EZ use inner bearing # L68149 and outer bearing # L44649 so as long as you can confirm your current hub uses those same bearings it will indeed interchange.
If you find your current hub uses a different bearing combination just let me know and I'd be happy to help you find the correct replacement.
