Is the ProPride Weight Distribution Really Better Than Other Systems
Question:
How big a difference is there between the recommended hitch and the “best” solution for $3k + ?

The ProPride weight distribution system part # PR97QR is the Lamborghini/Ferrari of weight distribution systems...it really is the nicest and best option but it comes at a very high price. The customers we have who have tried have told us that there is a much better ride quality when compared to other systems they've tried and the sag reduction of the system brought the vehicle back to normal ride height better than any other system. So do you want the absolute best of the best and don't mind paying for it? Then this is the system for you.
Now if you are like me and don't need the best of the best the Reese Strait Line part # RP66084 is a super solid choice and what I would go with if you want a really nice weight distribution and sway control at a price that just makes more sense. You might give up some ride quality and the system will be noisier but it will get the job done great.
