I just purchased a 2023 Toyota Highlander Limited Hybrid with 20inch wheels. Will the Curt 13453 fit my vehicle and not interfere with the spare?

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C99FR will only work with 18" or smaller spare tires. You would need to use a hitch like the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # EH35VR instead.
