For your RBW Lil' Rocker 15K hitch, you can use the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP30035.

These are universal base rails so there will be some drilling required, however if you can let me know what your year make and model of your vehicle is, I would be happy to find you a set of base rails that is custom fit to your vehicle.
