5th Wheel Tailgate And License Plate Back Up Camera For A 2010 Ford F-350

Want to verify this fits 2010 f350 SD 6.4l and can I purchase the license plate backup camera with it as well. There shouldnt be any issues with both installations. All parts should be compatible correct? Also tailgate should install right out of box no additional hardware needed?

Yes, the Stromberg Carlson 100 Series 5th Wheel Tailgate # VG-97-100 is a confirmed fit for your 2010 Ford F-350 and comes with all necessary hardware.
As for the back up camera, I recommend the Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera and Hitch Aligner System # HM50002. This camera is super simple to install but the wiring could be just a bit short if you have a long bed so you may also need to pick up an extension cable # HM3100504060 to complete your connections.
