Does Long Bed Truck Require Offset Gooseneck to Fifth Wheel Adapter

So I was wondering if I need a offset fifth wheel gooseneck adapter or just a regular adapter for a truck with a 8 foot bed

Long bed trucks do not need offset gooseneck adapters and instead you could use a non-offset option like the Ranch Hitch # AM3100.
