Yes, the Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Installation Kit w/ Base Rails # RP56009-53 and Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness # C56070 will also fit your 2016 Ram 2500 with the 6-1/2' Rambox bed. This will allow you to use the Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30928 to tow a 5th wheel trailer using a sidewinder pin box. If you can tell me what pin box(1621, 1716, Rhino, etc) is on your trailer or locate the Lippert chassis sticker on the wings the pin box attaches I can let you know what replacement pin box you will need.
