Parts Needed to Convert Boat Trailer w/ 10 Inch Electric Drum Brakes To Hydraulic Disc With Oil Hubs

Hello I have a boat trailer with 10” drums and electric brakes. Is there a kit to convert to disc and oil bath hubs ? Thanks

First you will want to verify exactly what size axle you have but it is most likely a 3,500LB axle. I recommend using a Digital Caliper # PTW80157 to verify the grease seal and bearing landing sizes on your spindle. A typical 3,500lb axle will use a Grease Seal # 58846 (1.719" ID), Inner Bearing # L68149 (1.378" ID) and Outer Bearing # L44649 (1.063" ID). If this is what you have here is a list of all the parts you will need for the hubs, otherwise please let me know your spindle dimensions so I can find you all the correct parts.

We have the Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Line Kit in a 15' # 15SI-BLKIT or 18' # 18SI-BLKIT main line kit. You will need to select the correct kit based on where you plan to mount the Hydrastar Vented Marine Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator # HS481-8067. This actuator kit includes plug and play wiring to connect to a 7-way trailer connector. It also includes a control adapter module which will allow you to use a factory brake controller if your truck has this type of controller.
