Will the Wheel Masters 4-Hose Insflation Kit Work With a 2005 Ford F-350 Super-Duty Dually?

Will part WM8001 work with a 2005 F350 king ranch dually? I don’t know if I should use this one or the wheel cover one

You'll have to verify yourself to be sure, but from what I understand the Wheel Masters 4-Hose Inflation Kit - 16" to 19-1/2" Dually # WM8001 will work just fine with your 2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty Dually as this kit will work on inner and outer tires with 16", 16-1/2" and 19-1/2" dual wheels.
From what I could find your truck came equipped originally with 245/75R17 tires which falls within the fitting parameters the # WM8001 mentions, but like I mentioned above you'll want to verify to be sure.
