The thing with tow bars is that they are not vehicle specific but rather base plate specific. For instance, the Blue Ox Acclaim Non-Binding Tow Bar - Car Mount # BX4330 you were looking at work with any 2" ball, as well as any Blue Ox base plates that are spaced between 23" and 30" apart on center.
This base plate can be adapter to fit Roadmaster cross-bar style base plates with the RoadMaster Base Plate to Blue Ox and Demco Tow Bars Adapter # RM-033.
While the tow bar you were looking at is good, I recommend spending a bit more money on a nice tow bar than spend not that much less and get the economical option.
If you're interested, you can spend a bit more money and get the etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Reese or Valley Base Plates # e37ZR.
This tow bar will work with 2" trailer hitch receivers, has a maximum towing capacity of 6,000-lbs, and also includes safety cables as well as an integrated cable management system to keep your cables from dragging.
I did end up checking out the owner's manual for your 2019 Mitsubushi Mirage, and they actually don't recommend flat towing this vehicle as it could damage the transmission.
They recommend using a car dolly instead, like the Demco Kar Kaddy X Tow Dolly w/ Disc Brakes - Tilt Bed Frame # DM9713093.
