Can You Charge a Trailer Battery Through the Trailer Connector for a Winch

Do you have anything to charge a battery through the trailer harness for a winch mounted on a trailer. ? Thanks

I do have an option for you but a battery charge line run through the trailer connector is only going to be able to provide a trickle charge for the battery. If you are using the battery for a winch, you'll need a lot more than a trickle charge to keep the battery topped off. In order to charge the battery while driving you'll need a battery charger, the Redarc In-Vehicle BCDC Battery Charger part # RED96FR for example is great for a battery/battery bank up to 75 amp hours. The charge line for the battery charger is too larger to go through the trailer connector so you'll have to run a separate wire.
