Generators for 2018 Heartland Bighorn with Fridge and Two AC Units
Question:
We have a 2018 Heartland RV Bighorn Traveler Fifth Wheel that we are looking to move to a semi-permanent off-grid location north of Marquette, MI It is a 50 amp with 2 AC units plus a standard refrigerator ie large elec draw Would this generator allow the charging of the batteries / usage of the rv? Also - can the propane supply be connected to a larger tank ie 250 - 500

The Champion Dual Fuel Parallel Generator kit part # CH49FR is capable of 7,000 watts. Two AC units would draw 3,200 watts, and a fridge 1,600 watts typically so this would leave you with plenty of wattage for that and any other components as well so it would work great for you. It would work to charge batteries too and can be connected to a larger propane tank as well.
