Recommended Manual and Electric A-Frame Jacks for a Snowmobile Trailer
Question:
I have a 2008 Wells Cargo silver sport 29’ v nose snowmobile trailer rated at 7000 # gross. I need an A-frame jack. What do you recommend, both manual and electric? Thank you

The best option for an electric A-Frame jack is going to be the Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack item # JET-3755. This jack is rated for up to 3,500 lbs of tongue weight. It will travel 19" and an additional 5" with the drop leg extended.
I have linked an installation video below. You can weld or bolt this jack on. It fits the standard a-frame jack bolt hole dimensions. It also has a manual crank.
For a manual jack, you will want the Ultimate Trailer Jack item # 322-RDJ-2K. This is a top wind jack with a 2,000 lbs tongue weight capacity. It will give you 27-1/2" of total width.
I have linked a review video below so you can see this jack in action.
