The best and most secure tie downs for a truck bed camper are going to be custom fit brackets. There are several options for a 1992 Chevy K1500 depending on its configuration.
If you have running boards that extend past the truck cab and a factory trailer hitch you can use front tie downs # TLC4201 but there are no rear options for this configuration.
If your truck has running boards that extend past cab and with a non-Torklift aftermarket hitch you can use front tie downs # TLC4201 and rear tie downs, # TLR3500.
For a model with running boards that extend past cab and with a Torklift SuperHitch use # TLC4201 for the front and # TLR3503 for the rear.
And for running boards that extend past cab and with a Torklift SuperHitch Magnum hitch, use # TLC4201 for the front and # TLR3504 for the rear.
If your truck does not match any of the descriptions above or you just want to go with something else you can use # HSSF. These will fit as long as your truck is not a dually, does not have a double-wall bed, and is not a step side. With this kit I also recommend hardware package # TDHP.
