Recommended Trailer Hitch For A 1994 Jeep YJ For Dirt Bike Carrier
Question:
Hello, Looking for a trailer hitch for my 1994 Jeep Wrangler YJ. I am confused on the site and need help identifying the correct product. I am also looking for a carrier for my dirt bike, the one that carries it sideways on the back. Let me know what you got,

I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98859 for your 1994 Jeep YJ. I like this hitch because once the hitch is installed it has a hidden design. The hitch has a bolt-on installation. The hitch also has a matte black powder coated finish that will help keep scratches and scuffs that you get while towing less visible.
To carry your dirt bike I recommend the Ultra-Fab Dirt Bike Carrier # UF48-979033. The trailer hitch has a loaded tongue weight of 350 pounds, so depending on how much your Jeep YJ can haul this carrier will be the correct one for you. The carrier has a maximum tongue weight up to 500 pounds but you should not run into any problems. To keep your carrier lock onto your hitch you could use the Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # 63232. If you ever plan on towing a trailer you will also need the T-One Wiring Harness # 118356 and the Curt Towing Starter Kit # C45554.
If you have any further questions please feel free to reach back out to me anytime and I would be more than happy to further assist you in your future towing endeavors.
