Replacement Remote For Maxx Air Fan On A 2019 New Horizon Majestic

Our remote for our max air fan quit working on our 2019 New Horizon Majestic so we purchased a replacement remote 7800k. That works sometimes after hitting buttons 10 times. What could be wrong with it?

It could be a couple things on why the Remote # MA00A01150K is not working. Most common cause could be to ensure that there is a clear sightline from your remote to the sensor on the fan. The batteries could also be bad, and if these two options check out you could have just received a bad remote. If you received a bad one I would recommend contacting out customer service department and they will help you with a new one.
