Can I Use Tee To Ensure That Both Air Bags # AL60815 Are Adjusted At The Same Time
Question:
Would like to know if it would be “smart” to install a tee and have “one” pressure valve to ensure both sides are adjusted the same? Would it void the lifetime warranty? Is there a downside? I have a 2012 odyssey and considering if I should purchase one. I pull a utility trailer with a Can-Am bike 600 miles 4 times a year. Total weight, 2000 pounds, vehicle rated at 3500 pounds max. 200 pounds of tongue weight.

When installing the Air Lift 1000 Air Helper Springs # AL60815 onto your 2012 Honda Odyssey it comes with a plastic tee that will air them up at the same time so there will be no issues and will not void the warranty. You can upgrade the plastic tee by using the Air Lift Union Tee # AL21838 to ensure that both air bags are adjusted at the same time and also has a better construction. It will not void the warranty either. I also recommend installing the Air Lift Load Controller II Compressor System # AL25592, which will allow you to monitor and adjust 1 pair of air springs.
I linked an installation video below on the Air Lift springs being installed onto your exact vehicle. If you have any further questions please feel free to reach back out to me anytime and I would be more than happy to further assist you in your towing endeavors.
