2008 Toyota Highlander Interested in 2 bike and cargo box Y34Z I believe is correct number, will I need the tail light, Lic plate assembly you think ? Thank You.

The part number # Y34ZR is the correct part number for a 2 bike rack and enclosed cargo carrier that can pivot away from rear of vehicle.

The taillight and license plate light kit that goes with this is the part # Y74VR and you'd be set.
